Lucy Introcaso
LCSW, MSW, MFTC
MSW, SWC, MFTC I am a sex-positive, queer, neurodivergent therapist. I am told I have a gift for supporting folks on the autism spectrum. I use a variety of approaches to help clients reclaim intimacy in their relationships. I specialize in working with people around gender identity, sexuality, and strengthening their relationship to pleasure. I work with couples & all relationship constellations!
About Lucy
Are you queer, neurodivergent, kinky, or poly? Are you tired of having folks not get you, sometimes not even your therapist? I celebrate you for exactly who you are, as you are. Every part of you is welcome here. I see you, and I hear you. I want you to feel understood and supported as we work toward helping you achieve your therapeutic goals.
I have helped countless clients reclaim their sexual connection & feel more secure. You deserve to feel safe and secure, because without emotional safety and secure connection, it is hard to feel the passion you may be seeking.
I work with relationship constellations of all types, including folks in open relationships, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and those in moresomes.
As a queer person, I have a particular passion and lived experience working with LGBTQ+, Transgender Non-Binary folks. Common concerns that clients bring to me are gender identity development, gender expression, the intersection between gender and sexuality.
I am originally from the greater Boston area. I moved to Denver to broaden my horizons and study at DU where I studied human development and cross-cultural relations. I feel fortunate to have grown up in a family and community that allowed me to explore what gender means to me. Navigating my own identity, and supporting those of loved ones, I became interested in creating brave spaces for neurodivergent & queer folx.
I started my clinical work with individuals and couples. Soon I realized that meaningful conversations about sex, gender, reproductive health in the mental health field are lacking. That work is my life calling!
During “me” time, I enjoy karaoke and comedy nights, spending time with friends and my cat Simba, or watching one of my favorite shows!
