I help people who feel disconnected from their bodies, relationships, or sense of self reconnect in a way that feels natural and sustainable. If you’re struggling with desire, intimacy, self-esteem, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, therapy can help you understand what’s happening and create change—sustainable change that lasts.

Our work goes beyond just talking things through. Together, we’ll help you feel more grounded, present, and connected in your daily life. Many clients find they feel less overwhelmed, more confident in their choices, and more at ease in their bodies and relationships.

I work with individuals navigating anything related to sex, intimacy, and relationships. Common concerns I see include sexual and gender identity, relationship challenges, sexual concerns, communication, and healing from past experiences, including trauma and grief. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are—feeling fully accepted without judgment—at a pace that feels right for you.
