The fact that you’re struggling doesn’t make you a burden. It doesn’t make you unlovable or undesirable or undeserving of care. It doesn’t make you too much. Or too sensitive or too needy. It makes you human.

Meet

Megan Healy, LCSW, M.Ed

As a queer sex, relationship, and trauma therapist, I create a kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for your healing, growth, and expansion. I meet you where you are, supporting you every step of the way as you achieve your goals.

About Megan

Hello! I understand that seeking a new therapist can feel overwhelming, so I gently encourage you to unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders, and take a deep breath. You deserve space to process and explore sensitive topics like intimacy and trauma. My practice is deeply affirming, non-judgemental, and tailored to your unique relational needs.

With an energetic and personable approach and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Sex Therapy, I work with individuals and couples to build confidence, improve communication, and increase comfort when approaching sex. While some clients work with me on sexual function concerns, sex therapy is much more expansive; we can explore how culture, relationships, identity, self-esteem, and spirituality shape your lived experience.

Although I specialize in all topics related to sex and sexuality, I am particularly passionate about supporting survivors of sexual abuse. Using EMDR and trauma-informed care, I’ll help you process painful past experiences, restore autonomy, and reclaim peace of mind at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer in-person and virtual therapy, as well as virtual coaching for out-of-state clients. Outside the office, I stay grounded through dance fitness classes, hiking with my dog, and watching movies with my cat.
