About Alexis

I am a firm believer in people and their success! I am passionate about helping people become their most authentic and highest self. Life is an experience and oftentimes it is easy to get lost along the way and have a difficult time seeing purpose and desire. My ultimate goal is to provide guidance to not just live, but to thrive in life.

I have many interests and an ability to meet a client where they are at. My approach comes from more holistic and spiritual ideas. I work with an integrative approach that addresses the relationship between mind, body & soul. As a fellow lover of music, I will also utilize music during sessions. As a famous quote says “music speaks when words fail” I find that music is incredibly important in the healing process.

I offer an open, healing and collaborative space full of compassion, non-judgement and exploration. I may even be full of new perspectives and ideas! My job as a therapist is to provide guidance and work together in finding the path towards healing. I am ENM, kink, LGBTQ+ and sex positive as well. I also do a lot of work around trauma. I look forward to working with you!
